2011 spring TRENDS

DEAR ALL MY READERS...(if i have any lmao)

I'M SOOO SORRY THAT I HAVEN'T POSTED IN A WHILE T-T
schools been tough and I've been through a lot recently.. but anyways I feel obliged to continue posting about the latest trends in HK. (We really need one since the japan magazines are corrupting some people's style by dressing a BIT too much for my taste) (e.g. TOO SHORT skirts =_=' and those retarded gigantic bubble flip flops... :/)

Style trends for spring/summer Love's

1) PASTEL COLORS
I know its old but every year there are some trends that just are IN every year,
But this year mostly cool blue hues and lovely light baby pink and pure white are back in.

One of my fave new spring loves is my baby blue loafers...(i think that's what its called)

2) Dresses
Well this isn't a trend but I love dresses and ofc we all wear them when the weather gets too hot either if your style is punk.preppy. girly. conservative. cute etc
We all have a dress in our closet (okay maybe I'm being too biased if ur like my best friend who dislikes to wear dresses and prefers to wear jeans, long shirts and her signature pageboy french beret.

But this year MAXI DRESSES are in and most probably the hardest to wear since I'm 5'2 (yeah i noe short =_=") and for people around my height it usually seems like were trying to hard. So i suggest you don't have to wear the trend cause for us we have to wear dresses right above our knee or else the "lack in height" will show. But hey if you find an amazing maxi dress that works your welcome to send us a pic.

3)Wedges

Yes its back (well i predicted it cause they were kinda in last year but not really the focus group of shoes last spring/summer)

It rocks for anyone. And also accentuates your height short, tall etc

Colorful and bright so yes its definitely on my shopping list after school ends.

Furry kill or Furry couture?

Hey as you know fur is back in again...
but i wanted to ask you guys what you think about this topic...

Is it alright to wear animals fur as clothes?

If you asked me, I would have no comment since im undecided but i do sometimes find it offending to kill so many animals for an outfit which i still wonder where you could wear it in HK!? Since its like 24 - 19 degrees today...
